Karen C. Lennon

Karen joined Health Advances in 2020 and leads the firm’s talent development program. In the role, she designs talent strategy and programming; leads onboarding and training operations; manages the talent review and promotion processes; and advises leaders, managers, and employees across the full range of talent matters. Karen is also a core member of the firm’s DEI team.

Karen brings significant talent development experience in global professional service firms, including McKinsey and Goodwin. She has particular expertise in leadership and professional skills development, team effectiveness, and employee engagement. She is also a former practicing attorney and a trained career development coach.

Karen has a JD from Northeastern University School of Law and a BA in Political Science and Policy Studies from Syracuse University.
