AACC’s 2022 Annual Conference and Clinical Lab Expo was a success. Attendance was up and the Expo robust with companies of all sizes, even those traditionally smaller player, making a big splash with larget booths and demonstrations. After a whirlwind few years due to the pandemic, this year’s event proved that 2022 is all about getting back to basics. Although there was no official theme, Expo exhibitors focused their efforts on their core businesses and existing portfolios. New opportunities centered around themes of decentralized testing and point of care, improvements to automation and walkaway time, as well as a stronger emphasis on molecular testing compared to previous years.

With the return of AACC, Health Advances also hosted it Annual AACC Reception and Panel (Chicago). Our panel, representing both strategic and investment leaders across the diagnostics industry, discussed where we go now as we look beyond COVID.
